A few things worth knowing
When does my free year begin?
When you publish your first book listing. You can create your account and prepare your profile first. No payment card is required.
What happens when the trial ends?
You choose whether to continue with a paid membership. The trial does not automatically charge you. Your listing has a 30-day visibility grace period after trial expiry; after that it is hidden unless your membership gives you access. Your account and records are retained.
Are Author and Author Plus different feature packages?
The tools are the same. Author includes one book listing; Author Plus includes up to 15. Choose according to the number of books you want to promote.
Can I buy a membership now?
We’re preparing Stripe checkout. Paid checkout is not yet open, but you can join the beta and start your free author year now. Paid memberships renew annually until you cancel. You can cancel before renewal and retain access through the paid period. Any applicable taxes will be shown before payment.
Does Book Tree sell my books?
Your listings link readers to your chosen purchase websites. These membership prices cover your Book Tree author space; they are not a commission on book sales.
Author communities and recorded audio chapters are on the roadmap. They are not included as available features today. Paid-author referral rewards are also planned.
